How to Identify Camera Misalignment
You may have a misaligned camera if:
- Your reports show inaccurate or unusual metrics
- The camera view no longer clearly points at the drive-thru lane
What Should I Do If My Camera Is Misaligned?
If you notice that a camera view has changed:
- Check the Camera View
- Log in to BerryBoard Portal - Access your remote dashboard
- Confirm whether the camera is still properly aligned with the drive-thru
- Contact Berry AI Support
- Send an email to Support:
- Email: support@berry-ai.com
- Scan the QR code on your dashboard, then submit the ticket form.
- Submit a ticket through the Berry AI Support Portal:
- Go to http://support.berry-ai.com and file a ticket form.
What Happens Next
After you contact us:
- Our Support team will review the camera feed
- We will determine if the camera needs realignment
- If needed, we will guide your team or a technician to reposition the camera correctly
