Berry AI uses a visual mapping system to track vehicles throughout your drive-thru. This helps ensure accurate timing, vehicle counts, and performance metrics.

How to View Your Lane Setup
Currently, drive-thru lane layouts are not directly visible within the standard dashboard.
To view your store’s setup, please Submit a ticket or contact Berry Support with:
- Send an email to Support:
- Email: support@berry-ai.com
- Scan the QR code on your dashboard, then submit the ticket form.
- Submit a ticket through the Berry AI Support Portal:
- Go to http://support.berry-ai.com and file a ticket form.
What You’ll See
When we share your lane setup, it will include color-coded zones representing different parts of your drive-thru:
- 🔴 Red – Pre-Menu Queue
Where vehicles are first detected before ordering - 🟡 Yellow – Lane Queue
Movement between ordering and pickup - 🟣 Purple – Pull Forward
Areas where vehicles may be asked to move forward after ordering
Why This Matters
Your drive-thru setup directly impacts:
- Total time
- Menu time
- Queue time
- Vehicle counts
