Seeing a “Coming Soon” message on your monitor is completely normal and expected during this phase.
What This Means
The “Coming Soon” screen indicates that your system is currently in the training phase.
During this period, Berry AI is learning:
- Your store’s physical layout
- Drive-thru traffic patterns
- Vehicle flow behavior
- Operational timing patterns
This process ensures that once the system goes live, the data is accurate and actionable.
When Training Starts
The training phase begins once:
- All cameras are fully installed
- All cameras are online and streaming properly
The timeline starts from the confirmed installation completion date.
Why This Step Is Important
Berry AI uses real-world data from your store to calibrate performance.
Skipping or shortening this step would result in:
- Inaccurate timing data
- Misaligned vehicle tracking
- Less reliable insights
The training phase ensures your system delivers high-quality, trustworthy data from day one.
Expected Outcome
Once training is complete:
- The “Coming Soon” screen will be removed
- Your dashboards and metrics will become available
- Your store will be fully live and operational
