If your Berry AI system is not working as expected or appears to be offline, a simple server restart (also called power cycling) often resolves the issue.
Follow the steps below to locate and restart your server:
📍 Step 1: Locate Your Berry AI Server
The server is usually located in the manager’s office or network/IT room.
Look for a black computer box, approximately 10 x 12 x 5 inches, with the Berry AI logo on the front.
🔌 Step 2: Check for Power
Look at the front of the server.
If you see a blue light, the server is powered on.
If there is no blue light, the server is not receiving power.
🔁 Step 3: Restart the Server
If the blue light is on:
Unplug the black power cord from the back of the server.
Wait 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back in.
Confirm that the blue light turns back on.
If the blue light is off:
Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
