This means that there is no signal to the monitor.

- You will need to check to ensure that the monitor is powered on and that the input setting is set to HDMI.
- In some cases, the HDMI extenders, the hardware behind the monitor may be powered off inadvertently.
If your Berry AI Drive-thru timer dashboard or Counter timer leaderboard is not displaying any information (e.g. blank screen) or is missing information such as real-time metrics or camera live streams, please take the following actions:
- Power cycle your store's Berry AI server by turning off the server (or unplugging the power cable in the back). The LED light on your server should turn off.
- Wait 5-10 seconds and turn the server back on (or plug the power cable back in). The LED light on your server should turn back on.
- Unplug and reconnect both sides of the network cable from the server to the Berry AI WiFi router, and make sure the router's LAN port LED is on.
- Check your Berry AI monitors to see if this has resolved the issue.
