Problem
Your monitor's leaderboard is not displaying. There is a blank, white screen in its place or the Chromecast's screensaver has activated.

1. Locate your monitor's Chromecast remote and make sure that you're in the TVBro application, which is used to show the leaderboard on your store's monitor. If your monitor is on the Chromecast homescreen, load the TVBro application.
2. Use the Chromecast remote controller and press the "Back" button on the Chromecast remote to show the browser bar at the top of the screen.
3. Select the "Refresh" on the top to refresh the leaderboard, and select the first link that starts with https://rrd.berry-ai.com to refresh your leaderboard.
4. Your restaurant's counter timer leaderboard should load.
